Extended School Care - Tree Tops

TREE TOPS

Tree Tops extended school provision provides an excellent and convenient wrap around care facility for the families of Wickham Common. We aim to provide the highest quality Before and After School child care that children enjoy attending. The club is based in our small hall, which has been beautifully renovated and furnished to provide a vibrant, comfortable and exciting environment for the children to relax and play in.

At the club your children will be able to participate in a wide range of activities, including playing games, art and crafts, cooking, IT, sport and outdoor games as well as having the space and opportunity to complete homework or just relax in the quiet area. We utilise the whole of the school site so have access to the field, gardens, ICT Suite etc

The club is open every school day but not on an INSET day.

Opening hours are as follows:

Breakfast Club: 7.30am – 8.45am (£6.50 per session) (£7.50 from 1st January 2025)
After-School Club: 3.10pm – 6.15pm (£16.50 per session) (£17.50 from 1st January 2025)

To reserve a place at either or indeed both the Breakfast and After School Club, please email treetops@wickhamcommon.mslt.org.uk to request a registration letter and download, complete and return the documentation.

Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We usually have between 20-30 children at each session but can accommodate up to 40. In the event of over subscription, your child’s name will be placed on a waiting list.

Ad hoc Bookings – It may be that you do not require regular before or after-school care, but want the flexibility to use the club on an ad hoc basis. If this is the case, you will need to register your child and complete all the documentation before your child can attend the club. To make an ad hoc booking at short notice, you will need to contact the school by 2.30pm to check availability at the club for that evening’s/following morning’s session.

Places cannot be guaranteed on this basis and will be dependent on the number of children already booked to attend.
